• Over 30 years of leadership development experience across military, healthcare, religious, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.
• Designed and launched a 161-hour ICF-approved coaching training program, equipping professionals with leadership and team coaching skills.
• Expert in strategic planning, team coaching, crisis intervention, conflict mediation, and leadership transformation.
• Led strategy planning, crisis intervention, and mediation training for local governments, corporate boards, and nonprofits to enhance leadership effectiveness and decision-making.
• Developed and delivered structured and customized professional training curricula, integrating adult learning methodologies, assessments, and coaching best practices.
